Make sure that Cloud cache provider can work with various blob stores.

AWS S3 doesn't allow underscores in bucket names (currently bucket name is create as $containername_cachename)
Some providers need to configure API endpoint (e.g. Swift)
Some providers need to configure additional properties (overriders)
