JGroupsTransport.getViewId() returns too soon

The method waits for the view to be updated in the underlying JChannel, but the JGroupsTransport fields containing the view information may not be updated yet. Callers of the method that try to read the view information (e.g. the coordinator address) from JGroupsTransport could then see the old values.
