On leave, Hot Rod client ends up with old cluster formation

    Description

      In spite of that, at least with version 2.0 of the protocol, the consistent hash works fine and sends requests to remaining nodes only, without failure. On version 1.3 of the protocol, the cluster formation is updated correctly.
