DistAsyncFuncTest / TopologyAwareDistAsyncFuncTest random failures

DistAsyncFuncTest.asyncWait() is not correct with the new non-tx locking scheme. The the originator (B) doesn't update the entry when it first executes the command, only when it executes it the second time (when it's forwarded back by C).
