Improve compatibility with Hibernate Search 4.4.x: reintroduce moved methods as deprecated

6.0.0.CR1 can't be used with Hibernate Search as a backend as some methods where moved. I'm reintroducing the removed methods (just the essential ones) as deprecated methods which forward to the new ones.
