DistributedExecutionCompletionTest.testBasicTakeInvocationWithSleepingCallable random failures

The test tries to verify that DistributedExecutionCompletionService.take() doesn't return before the task has actually finished, but it does that by measuring the amount of time spent in the take() method and it doesn't consider that the task may have started running before the main thread called take().
