MultiNodeDistributedTest fails because InfinispanCommandsBackend.getPrimaryNodeAddress() does not honor CH updates

    Description

      The test kills the coordinator. After this point the test fails because InfinispanCommandsBackend.getPrimaryNodeAddress() continues to return the dead node. It seems that InfinispanCommandsBackend keeps a reference to the CH object and never updates it.
