Create a RollingUpgradeSynchronizer to move data from an old cluster to a new one

    Description

      A tool that can be run to query the old cluster, retrieve the entire keyset, and then run on the new cluster to migrate data across to the new cluster.

      This is needed for Rolling Upgrades - see https://community.jboss.org/wiki/RollingUpgradesInInfinispan
