Test suite to allow easy customization of GlobalConfiguration

The test suite allows you to create caches easily using the createCluster() helper, which takes in a ConfigurationBuilder and a cluster size. This should be overloaded to allow the passing in of a GlobalConfigurationBuilder as well.
