Change default worker thread count for Infinispan servers

      Currently this is: 20 * Runtime.getRuntime.availableProcessors()

      Tests (JBQA-6031) have shown lower worker numbers to work better, and Norman Maurer (netty developer) suggests: 2 * Runtime.getRuntime.availableProcessors()

      So, let's change default to that.
