      Tested with ISPN 5.1.3-SNAPSHOT (HEAD=cd60abc - Tristan Tarrant : Bump to 5.1.3-SNAPSHOT) on W2k8-x86_64

      I ran these tests 3 times (with 2 different Windows boxes) and they failed each time.
