We need to:

1. Log which FileSync is being used when the FileCacheStore starts up
2. Document the different FileSync options available and what they do, in the User Guide ( https://docs.jboss.org/author/display/ISPN/Home and https://docs.jboss.org/author/display/ISPN51/Home )
