EvictionConfigurationBuilder.validate() should warn if user setd a maxEntry but forgot strategy

Maybe the NONE default strategy should be replaced by another one when invoking evition()?

By the way, options should be uniformized:
implicit enable on eviction when set a strategy and expilicit async().enable() on write-behind.
