We have the new client module (hotrod-client-new) which has improvements over the existing client (hotrod-client). We should move the modules now so that the new one is the default (hotrod-client) and the previous one is now in a different module (hotrod-legacy).

We need to change the documentation to remove and add features as they are different to the base documentation. We then also need to document these in the upgrading guide as well mention that the legacy module is available as needed.
