When viewing a secured/non-secured cache with monitor role, I can see the "Manage tracing" in "Actions" drop-down of the cache. When I am clicking "Manage tracing" I can see an empty page with "Back" button. I think it worth just to hide the "Manage tracing" action in the drop down, wdyt? (See the screenshot).
