[Console] Cache in state 'failed' contain a link to show configuration,metrics ... but fail to show

      use a vanilla 8.4.2 and apply the backup-cache.xml with CLI

      [P1-2391@cluster//containers/default]> create cache --file=backup-cache.xml BackupCache

      as result the problem is shown
      Error: ISPN000571: RELAY2 not found in the protocol stack. Cannot perform cross-site operations.

      But the console can not display the configuration

      If a cache is created, i.e. via CLI, but will fail to start because of missing or wrong configuration the overview will show it but fail to show the details.

      The expectation is that at least the configuration can be shown.
