When Infinispan is used within AS7/EAP a JChannel (actually a MuxChannel) is already connected, and therefore it is too late to set an AddressGenerator which provides TopologyAwareAddresses. If topology is required, but the underlying jgroups channel has an address without topology, throw an exception
