The jgroups-kubernetes dependency was originally introduced so that users could utilise the KUBE_PING protocol for initial cluster membersip in Kubernetes. The DNS_PING protocol included in the core jgroups jar is now the preferred protocol for this task, therefore we should remove this dependency.
