With JGRP-2759, a new option was introduced for the TCP and TUNNEL protocols which use a dedicated thread per TCP connection to prevent blocking application threads or bundler threads.

Add a system property to enable this behavior.

Add a new stack that uses TUNNEL protocol. This stack will be consumed by the Infinispan Operator and will be used by the cross-site channel. The idea is to avoid changing the operator code every time we introduce a new attribute.
