Support nested knn predicates

We want to support the generic case of having any boolean predicates combining regular predicates with knn predicates.
With broadcast queries the problem is related to the fact that with this generic case we don't have an idea a priori of the expected returned values size.
So we need to study/find somewhere an algorithm that solves the problem.
