JDBC ConnectionPool retains stale connections after DB restart

When using Keycloak as an oauth provider with infinispan, with a JDBC store to ensure sessions survived a Keycloak restart, if the DB is restarted Keycloak is unable to recover from it as Infinispan continues to hold stale connections from before the restart in the pool.
