Scattered cache has been removed in 15 moving forward. The code and its tests still exist in 14.0.x and sometimes the tests fail randomly. Due to us removing them in the future and this was never a supported feature, there is no need to keep testing it causing false positives. It also should reduce test runtime by removing them.
