With the new SIFS changes I was able to isolate a run where a put command was attempting to load a key from the index, but it was pointing to a file that was since deleted. It must still be investigated how this could happen, but attached is a TRACE log when this occurs.
Some interesting points are the file was compacted twice in a row which should not happen and the entries may have been in the temporary index.
