JGroups configuration is not properly parsed when cross-site is enabled

The JGroups configure is parsed twice (first to double check RELAY2 exists and the second to create the JChannel) but, the first time it is parsed, the stack.combine and stack.position attributes are lost. The resulting stack parsed the second time to create the JChannel is not the correct anymore.
