Hot Rod client does not do any flush consolidation for multiple requests from the same channel. We should for sure add the flush consolidation handler or redo how we flush to the channel. Hot Rod protocol allows for concurrent requests from the same client to be returned in different order, which makes this a bit more interesting.

We need to make sure various paths for this are optimized. This is related to ISPN-14868 and ISPN-14808.
