Allow to retrieve cache entry metadata version using the REST API

      At the moment it seems that the version is not retrieved from the metadata using the REST API, see https://infinispan.org/docs/dev/titles/rest/rest.html#rest_v2_get_entries.

      Maybe we could change this method in order to collect the version value.
