ISPN-14735 transitions Infinispan to use Jakarata EE packages, however it's been decided that the JCache spec will not migrate from the old Java EE packages. Consequently, in order for Infinispan to continue supporting the JCache spec it's necessary for us to provide both Jakarta and Java EE module variants. This has a significant testing overhead as both sets of Jars need to be covered by our test matrix.

In order to simplify the evolution of Infinispan, we should only provide Jakarta support from Infinispan 15 onwards. Users who require JCache and/or Java EE packages should continue to use the 14.x stream until they're able to make the migration.
