Remove GeronimoTransactionManager

    Description

      The latest release of the GeronimoTransactionManager still uses the old Java EE javax packages which is a blocker for upgrading Infinispan core to use the Jakarta packages. This TransactionManager implementation is never actually used when running the tests, so we should simply remove it.
