Display a new menu (Access Management)
Display a table with a tab "Roles".
The table should display the Role Name, Cache Manager permissions, Cache Permissions, and the description of the role.
Add the filter by name feature
Implicit roles have an icon to distinguish from custom roles. Include the pop up helper
Use the API that brings all the available roles in detail (Jira ISSUE to be created and attached)
