Merge infinispan-quarkus into main Infinispan repository

Maintaining the native quarkus modules outside of the main Infinispan repository is very inefficient as it regularly results in breaking changes not being detected until release time. To alleviate this, we should merge the repository into the main code base so that any breaking changes are fixed as part of Infinispan PRs.
