[Console] Not possible manually write xml/yaml/json config in config editor on cache creation wizard

Run server on your local -> go to console -> Create a Cache -> write the name and choose Add cache configuration -> then click on provide cache configuration so that cache editor is shown to you -> make ctrl+a there delete existing content and try to type (see the attached screen recording).

The letters will be swallown. This happens with both chrome and firefox.

Also it is not possible to write xml config there, i.e. after clearing all text I am just trying to write xml config - all letters are swallowed or replaced

Pasting from somewhere else xml config goes properly, but if I want to write manually xml there it eats all letters.The same is with yaml.
