In Console, Counters' page when selecting Strong or Weak counters, the according counters are shown. But if you double click on the selected option then all counters are loaded.

So if Strong counters are selected and we see first page of counters, and then double clicking again on Strong counters option then all strong counters are loaded. But if we double click on Weak counters option, then just weak counters' first page is shown.
