Add an efficient default value for the accuracy of the query count

    Description

      We can improve the performance of our query that requires in the result also the hit count limiting the accuracy of the hit count result, e.g.: count up to 10.000 as a default.

      At the same we want to provide a configuration property on query subsystem to allow the user to change this default.

      At the same time we want to provide a way to set this limit for each query instance.
