The default value for the query max results of 100 was removed on solving some issues on query result size (ISPN-11013, ISPN-11013, ISPN-12959).
We want to restore this setting, since queries on a large dataset without an explicit max results nor a default for this value could be very slow and inefficient.

At the same we want to provide a configuration property on query subsystem to allow the user to change this default.
