Documentation (Ref Guide, User Guide, etc.)
Description
The current documentation only warns customers about the usage of NFS not being recommended.
While the explanation is fine, it doesn't tell customers about what is the expected filesystem.
In order to transform such negative statement into a positive statement, we should provide guidance regarding the filesystem which can provide reliable operation.
If we focus on what is expected (the positive side), then we can have Samba and NFS as examples that don't fulfil the expectations (the negative side). This balance helps customers to select their storage options, especially when it comes to OpenShift persistent storage.
If my understanding is right, the root of NFS and Samba not being a safe choice is the lack of POSIX implementation. Maybe this is a good place to start.
