If a fresh server should be configured for a cache using the sql store and needs a schema it is important to add the schema before creating the cache.

If the cache is created without the schema PersistenceManager will fail to start the cache with ISPN000659.
A server restart is necessary. Another option is to drop the cache and create it again after the schema is available.

Would it be possible that the cache is restarted automatically if the schema is avaialble after creation?
