In cache creation wizard, choose `text/plain`  as encoding, and configure the cache to be indexed. On the last wizard page, while clicking on `Create` button, error message is shown. But when going to `Data container` page, the cache is there with `Failed` status.

#UPDATE:

The same happens when creating transactional cache e.g. FULL_XA and setting as recovery cache NON_XA cache. The error message is shown during clicking on `Create` button, seems that the creation didn't succeed but on the `Data container` page the cache is shown as failed (see the attached screenshots).
