Document differences between the purge and reindex

    Description

      The purge (IndexStartupMode.PURGE) is synchronous and the reindex (IndexStartupMode.REINDEX) is asynchronous.
      We should document and motivate this choice.

      Moreover we should document a way to get information about the possible ongoing reindexing.
