The RemoteCacheManager/RemoteCache use 2 separate thread pools. In order to fully manage these threads in AS7, both when used directly, and via a remote cache store, we need a mechanism to supply custom ExecutorFactory implementations, similar to the mechanisms in GlobalConfiguration.
