Tweak valid auth mechanisms based on LDAP configuration

Certain mechanisms (DIGEST, SCRAM) are only available with the LDAP realm when the userPassword attribute is accessible and a corresponding user-password-mapper configuration is present. The server should therefore only implicitly enable mechs that work.
