Split read/write times for cross-site requests

Avg read & write time includes the requests from the remote site. The cross-site requests can (and will) skew the results in server mode; the hot rod client sends the requests to the primary owner, which is the fast path; however, the cross-site requests are handled by the relay nodes which is very unlikely to be the primary owner.
