With the consolidation of the netty thread pool and the non blocking thread pool, we no longer need or allow configuration of the worker-thread configuration. This should be removed for 14+ and warn for 13 xml documents.

Also the io-thread configuration is not used when single port is in use so we should add a message regarding that as well.
