[CLI] Kubernetes mode - Install/Uninstall doesn't work

    Description

      CLI fails when attempted to install the Operator using 'install' command:

      $ ./oc infinispan install
JsonMappingException: No resource type found for:v1#ServiceAccount
 at [Source: (String)"{"apiVersion":"v1","kind":"ServiceAccount","metadata":{"name":"infinispan-operator","labels":{"name":"infinispan-operator"}}}"; line: 1, column: 125]
