Create Hibernate 2LC implementation for Hibernate 6.0.x.

WildFly is planning to move to Hibernate 6 as soon as WF26. To do so, we'll need a second-level cache implementation for Infinispan.

N.B. Hibernate 6 implements Jakarta Persistence 3.0, thus this work may need to consider ISPN-13207.
