Marshalling types and text encoding

The chapter 1.3 for Text based encoding (Marshalling and Encoding guide) mention that Java Serialization can be used to read text/plain fields which will not be possible.

JavaSerialization only works between "application/x-java-object" and "application/x-java-serialized-object"
