The server uses a XmlConfigurationReader to parse the configuration, which reports the location in the stream via an anonymous inner class implementing Location.

The parser reports the location of errors with toString(), but the anonymous inner class does not implement toString(), so the location is reported as XmlConfigurationReader$1@identityHashCode.
