[Operator] Grafana dashboard does not differentiate between the clusters with same names

If user has two clusters with same names in different namespace then visualization merges them into one. As a result the visualization is corrupted.

The same applies for the caches.

Proposal: Disable option to select multiple namespaces and clusters
