[Operator] Grafana is Querying on stat that exists for default cache only

Grafana is querying on the metric below to retrieve caches in the cluster but the metric is not present for caches create via CLI or Console template. As a result they are not available for view in the Grafana dashboard.

Metric: vendor_cache_manager_default_cache(.*)_activation_activation_count
