    Description

      If https://issues.redhat.com/browse/JGRP-2545 is implemented, use the "view" from RELAY2 instead of trying to compute it using the site up/down event.

      Also, in CacheManagerInfo expose if the node is a site master or not. (site_coordinator = true|false)
