Spring-Boot starters in Embedded and Client/Server mode should behave as quarkus and upload the user's protobuf schemas if they don't exist or override them automatically. 

Add a property in the spring-boot starter to disable this behaviour and only registering client side marhallers if such exist, without uploading or overriding schemas in the server.
